So yeah.....It has been awhile

Happy New Year folks!! Sorry it has been so long since I have last blogged. Life has been quite crazy lately. Life has thrown me quite a few curveballs recently. Loss two very good friends, all in a matter of two weeks. Life is to short....and how I know and understand that statement all so well. Every day is a blessing and everyday I wake up I am thankful!

Lets see where did we leave off?
 So Andy proposed to me at my Halloween party. In front of a bunch of my friends. Here is how it went down. We had a pumpkin carving contest at my annual Halloween party. Needless to say Andy won. Yes he proposed to me in a pumpkin!!!! A Halloween theme wedding is in the works....October 20th, 2012 is our date. I am so stoked. Happiness has once found me again! I love you Mr. Freeman!

I got a new baby!!

Yesterday I bought my dream bike. Finally got my Harley. 2011 Softail Deluxe Granny Apple/Black. I couln't be happier with her. Yes she is a her...and I haven't come up with a name for her yet. My old bike "Suzie Q Lightning" now belongs to my sister. I am going to miss the old girl...I gave her a kiss good bye yesterday. On to a new journey! :) Here is a picture of my beauty.....

So far I have some appointments set. Three kiddies!! There are plenty of times still available please spread the word. Favorite time of year!!

FALL!!!
It is almost here. The weather is changing and it is getting cooler outside....this equals one happy Melissa! I think fall is one of the most beautiful times of the year...when the leaves start changing. And those of you who know me know that my favorite holiday is during this time too!! Halloween!! I have a huge Halloween party every year. This year will be my 9th annual Halloween party!!! I can not wait!! I am also really looking forward to my costume photo shoot. I have a few shoots coming up here in the next few weeks. I can't wait for the scenery to start changing so I can adventure out and play. Lots of love! Melissa!

Cherry on Top....literally! :)

Everytime I see something with a Cherry on Top, I take a photo of it. I am working on a collage of photos with Cherry's on Top :) This is my first one! It was an apple crisp ice cream sundae. It was taken at Ice Cream Castle, Ocean City MD....(Bike Fest 2011)

Welcome!

Hello everyone!! Welcome!! I decided to start a blog.....
Purpose?? Hmmmm....some random chitter chatter....random thoughts. And to update everyone on specials. Give information on things you can prepare before a shoot and things to expect during a shoot.

I am currently working on a Halloween costume photo shoot...
I am going to set up props with some hay bails, spider webs, pumpkins....and some other Halloweenie things. Then you bring your little sweetpea over and I'll take several pictures of them in their costumes. Adults and pets are welcome too!! Feel free to bring your own props as well. Then I will post the pictures and run a contest and the winner will win something AWESOME!! :) Keep posted for the date, time, pricing and location (it will be a weekend in October)...I will run it throughout the day.
